Meet the management team:
Mark Harding - Director:
"Starting out in the world of I.T. my career began when I joined a small Yorkshire based I.T. company supporting local businesses around Doncaster, Sheffield and Rotherham. Having done this for 2 years I then moved to Energis (now Cable and Wireless) providing 3rd line technical support to large commercial external customers. I later joined Croda Chemicals as I.T. OPs Team Leader managing a support team and infrastructure across UK and Europe then went onto to work for DLA Piper, one of the worlds largest Law firms, supporting their global Microsoft directory structure (Active Directory). I finally moved on to Reckitt Benckiser and took on the responsibility of Infrastructure design and Security before eventually taking the decision to setup Harding AuYong Ltd. in 2008"
Leon AuYong - Director:
"Beginning my career in the construction industry for LiKim Construction Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur as a Site Manager. I then joined Coalite in Barnsley as an Instrument Maintenance operator. Having done this for 7 years I then went on to Meditec Sales & Service based in Kuala Lumpur which was the main agent for Stricker (American Medical Equipments) as a Manager/Proprietor, dealing with Keyhole camera systems for non invasive operations. I then went on to setup Harding AuYong Ltd. with Mark in 2008"
Michelle Harding - Director / Business Development Manager:
"Starting out as Company Secretary for a local insulation company, I then progressed to work for The Earth Centre – a charitable organisation based in Doncaster. With an ambition to work within business support, I commenced employment at Business Link South Yorkshire as part of the Food, Farming and Tourism team. Here my career progressed to a Regional Project Management level relating to new business start-ups. After a 6 month round the world adventure, I returned to apply my skills and commitment to Harding AuYong as a Business Development Manager"
Bruce Brunyee - Technical Support Engineer / Consultant:
"I started my I.T. career with a local Doncaster business producing and maintaining P.C. products in the mid 1990's. I moved from there into the education sector as the Network Manager for Aston Comprehensive School in Sheffield. I progressed from education into the corporate sector, with various roles in and around London, including Glanbia Foods, Norwich Union Investment Management, Critical Path and Eckoh Technologies. After a number of years working in and around London I returned to Doncaster and joined Harding AuYong. I cover a diverse range of functions from Pre-Sales to remote and direct support."
Glenn Ollerenshaw - Technical Consultant:
"My career began as a trainee I.T. support technician for Atteys solicitors based in Doncaster. Having spent 5 years there, I then embraced a secondary role as an I.T. Trainer. I later left Atteys to join Hammonds LLP in June 2008 as an I.T. Trainer and spent 6 months gaining experience in a large law firm before leaving to join Harding AuYong LTD. I have now adopted a very diverse roll within Harding AuYong Ltd, from web design to I.T. support and I.T. Training"
